Communication Planning

The purpose of communication is to elicit a reaction - either passive e.g awareness / education or active e.g transaction based, sampling or contact us. The combination of language, medium and delivery will determine what reaction you receive. So, how do you choose?

CiA can help in this selection process to ensure that the right combination of channels are assessed and selected and, as importantly, what content is delivered through these channels. The balance between content / copy and visual stimulation will affect the choice of channel and the desired response from each.

Communication needs to be viewed not only in a solus print, broadcast or digital environment but also in the context of other marketing activities:

‘Peter was able to bring his marketing, business and investment skills together to help us develop an embryonic idea into a feasible business plan with appropriate partners. His rigour and thoroughness in the research phase and his anticipation of the needs of the project in the planning phase, has resulted in securing the confidence of key stakeholders at all points along the way. This has enabled the project to move forward at full steam and with every chance of great success’.
